We employ “compartment thinking” to clean different areas and paraphernalia of your facility by using separate tools. For instance, toilet bowls and toilet seats will be cleaned using separate brushes, washroom floors and office floors will use different wet mops, etc. This is not a new idea, but one that is not necessarily practiced. Yet, this is critically important to prevent migration of germs from one place to another, and perhaps from unclean places to cleaner places.
We use a planned and systematic approach to housekeeping. By planning cleaning activities whether they are one off or periodic, we ensure that the services can be performed faster and with minimum disruption to the occupants. Our checklist based approach offers Quality Control and prevents tasks from getting forgotten.
Green Cleaning
Vibrensity stands for environmental sustainability which means we tend to have a "green" attitude in our activities and make all efforts to prevent environmental pollution. We encourage our customers to dispose recyclable material separately and treat hazardous waste with care. While gathering litter and garbage from your facilities, our personnel are trained to collect recyclable material separately which can then be disposed to recycling companies. We use safe and certified products for cleaning and disinfection.
Machineries & Cleaning Materials
We use specialized and purpose-built tools in our work, utilize safe cleaning materials and apply cleaning products in the right way. We carry out our activities in compliance with safety regulations.
We use the best quality materials & consumables manufactured by reputed Companies like Diversey, Hindustan Lever, Godrej, Balsara Hygiene etc. Our range of machinery includes Partek Swiss Scrubber Machines, Partek Italian Manual Sweepers, Partek Italian Wet Dry Vacuums, Steam Vapor Cleaning Machines, High Pressure Cleaners & Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Machines combined with Window Cleaning Kits, Floor, Wall & Stairs Cleaning Tools, Touch Free Mops & Micro Fiber Hand Mops.
Terms and Conditions
1.Vibrensity will be responsible for all Statutory obligations that are applicable.
2.The contract will be for a period of one year with a provision for renewal on mutual agreed terms.
3.Service can be terminated by either party by giving 1 month notice in writing.
4.All payments pertaining to our services shall be paid by 7th of every month on presentation of our bills.
5.The contract is liable to automatic renewal for subsequent years in case of either parties not corresponding to the contrary.
6.On withdrawal of services, personnel/staff of Vibrensity Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. Who are working at your project shall not be absorbed by your organization or transferred to other agencies.
7.All personnel deployed shall be in uniform and will wear ID cards.
8.The Housekeeping boys/ladies shall be utilized for the sole purpose of housekeeping services only.
9.Consumables pertaining to housekeeping services shall be charged as per the actual with a 10% handling charges if supplied by us. However the clients have the option of providing consumables themselves.
10.All the services would be monitored by our Operations Departments at regular intervals.
11.Any escalation will follow the path: Team Leader > Manager - Operations > Sr. Manager - Business Relations > Managing Director.
